Must be defined and added to urbandictionary.
But how best to define such a versatile term?

I was jost watching a random episode of Stargate SG1 (season 8, episode 14) while I read the boards and this Russian military office came on screen. She's kind of cute but the Rusian Accent and uniform are what really grabbed my attention.
